STOCK PLAN INFO
Our stock plans include complete construction documents which consist of 11x17 drawings of the foundation plan, floor layouts, window callouts, elevations, cross sections and framing plans. Documentation per MA building codes. Your local codes may vary or change periodically. Some towns require plan to be reviewed and stamped by a licensed structural engineer registered in the state of MA. Price does not include structural stamp (if required).
Our plans are intended for the use of a licensed contractor. It is the responsibility of the contractor to verify compliance with all local building codes. Homeowner / contractor are responsible for verifying dimensions, proposed layout and building materials to be used prior to proceeding with construction.

All stock plans include free shipping. Plans usually ship within 2-3 business days. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express. Returns / refunds are not accepted, so please be sure to verify with your contractor that the plans meet all set-backs and building requirements for your lot.

Q: What if I need more copies of my plan?
A: Plans can be reproduced at your local copy shop. Note that all plans are watermarked with the address of the property and are only to be used to build on that property.

Q: If I order today when will I receive my order?
A: Plans usually ship within 2-3 business days of order.
